Ahhhh Gleek Out!

Got Green?  This is one of OPI's polishes from their nail polish collection sold exclusively at Sephora (sidebar..I heart Sephora) in Gleek Out green. A sheer shimmery green. Once I added the stickers it looked like a botanical garden. Well at least to me it did, lol. When collections come out like this I like buying the mini polishes. This way I can sample a collection without breaking the bank.

I used 2 coats of the color, my OPI topcoat and my staple Seche Vite quick dry topcoat.

Hard Candy-Sky

 I should have wore the cute heart shaped ring that came with this Hard Candy nail polish. Meet Sky. Such a pretty baby blue. When I opened the bottle I was surprised to see a slight hint of a pearlescent hue, however that does not show up on the nail at all.

I embellished a bit with my dotting tool and contrasting colors. This was my first Hard Candy purchase and I was pleased to see that it wore very well for 6 days. I always touch up on day 3 but even by then it had worn very well.

Happi Zoya Happi Joy Joy

Hello my Nailnistas!! What's going on? I just wanted to share a Zoya polish that I won a few months back on Facebook. This one is Happi. It can be described as a pink polish with iridescence. It has some subtle hues of green and yellow. Tell me what you think...

China Glaze Crushed Candy Crackle

Oh it has been awhile, I know. I have been really busy these past few weeks. This manicure here I had so much fun wearing. This mint green and metallic teal combo are winning! lol. I don't have the name of the LA Color base color, but it is a metallic teal like color. Over the base color I added China Glaze's Crushed Candy Crackle polish.

Orly Wisteria

When I hear Wisteria I think if the show Desperate Housewives...lol. The only thing this Wisteria is desperate for is to be worn. This is a rich purple color that wears dark and opaque. I played it up with OPI's Not Like the Movies from the Katy Perry collection and some silver nail art polish.

Sally Hansen Color Quick Nail Color Pen

Where do I begin???? I was kind of disappointed with this color pen. I used it for the first time and experienced the polish thickening up on me by my second nail! WTH! The application was streaky and I really didn't want to apply a second coat with it streaking messing up my already time consuming 1st coat. I bought about 5 of these pens when they were on sale at CVS for 75% off. Thank goodness because I really would have been upset. These pens go for $6-$7.

When the mani was done I dipped it in a bit of thinner before recapping. It seemed to do some good, however I don't know if I will encounter the same issue doing all my nails again. I HEART Sally Hansen products so I do hope that this doesn't happen again. For me using the pen takes some getting used to also. I feel like I have less control over the application and amount of polish I want to apply. Ehh *shrugs shoulders* practice makes perfect.

Have you tried any of the Sally Hansen Color Quick Nail Pens? This color is Pink Chrome.

Zoya Easy Breezi

Here I have on Breezi by Zoya. Zoya really delivers when it comes to full bodied color. Not only is the brand DBP, toluene, formaldehyde and camphor free; the variety of colors are magnificent! Breezi is part of their Summertime collection. I would like to decorate some Easter eggs with it. The color is more like Springtime. Well it's a winner in my opinon no matter what you call it.
