Purple Reign..Purple Reign
No not the Artist Formerly Known As but Confetti's Purple Reigns #069. I bought this polish @CVS for less than $3 and the color and coverage are really nice. From what I can remember they had a vast assortment of colors too. So here it is. Embellished of course with accessories I bought from an EBay bundle (budget..budget)
